MICHELE'LE OLATUNDE (Founder)
Michele'Le Olatunde is the proud owner and founder of Progress and Grow Health and Wellness, LLC. Her personal journey in Fitness started back in late 2017.
She was working through medical issues and her husband's work colleague decided to challenge him to a fitness challenge right before Thanksgiving. Her husband was up for the challenge and brought her along with him. While that colleague did not follow through with the challenge, Michele'Le and her husband continued and began to change their life for the better.
She has lost weight, gained weight, and has learned to adjust and maintain her healthy lifestyle no matter what season of life she is in. She started her fitness career back in late 2018 when a local Zumba Instructor encouraged her to take the training and become an instructor.
From that point on she has made it her mission to help as many people become the best version of themselves.
